We’re deep in the doldrums of winter here in Minnesnowta, and though I’ve noticed it’s staying light out a little bit later each day, summer can’t get here soon enough. Thankfully, between work and two-a-days, the days have been flying by, and, fingers crossed, it’s April tomorrow 🙂
With that, here’s a quick look at my typical weekday (this one, January 14)…

You day looks similar to mine…even some of your food choices—hooray for LARGE salads at work and being bag ladies =). Only big difference is my alarm is set slightly earlier since I am at work by 7:30 most days =( oh, and I totally go to bed at 9…sometimes 8:30 =) ha! 10 on a weeknight…no way!

I love reading about other people’s days! My days look pretty similar, except for the lunch workout–I’m usually chained to my desk for lunch. 🙁 Your lunch salad looks OMG-amazing. I’m totally going to try that combo soon!
Great idea for a post! I may have to steal it sometime. Although mine would look considerably more lame, since I get ready for bed sometime around 8:30 (and I don’t get up much before you do). Not sure how you do all of that on 7 hours of sleep!
I use my Lululemon bags at lunch bags too 🙂 How do you make coconut rice or does it come that way? Crazy how much you can fit into the day and yet it seems kind of perfect!
I have yet to try a TRX class, but it they are something I have been dying to get my hands on!
You must sleep really well at night – that is A LOT in one day. Major props for getting that swim in at the end of the day. During the winter I have to get that swim in first thing.. or it may not get done. 🙂 Cheers to #guiltypleasures – they are a must!

I’m a huge fan of the TRX. I have been doing them in the morning workout class and feel it in my core for days!
I am behind on all my blog reading. But I have to know…how in the heck do you handle a 5:17 wake up after a 10:15 bedtime?? with two a days?!? I’m crashed out on the couch at 9:30!! You go girl! Even if it makes me feel like a total slacker! =)
When do you make your lunch? The night before? I used to be able to survive on that much sleep but I have to sleep more…which means going to bed earlier! It is no fun but it is a drag being tired all of the time!!
