I am 35 and running faster than I ever thought possible by Lindsay Crouse. This piece! The takeaway: “who we are” isn’t set in stone, at any age. You’re capable of more than you imagine. wearing this
This year is all about less but better, including my wardrobe. I’ve been slowly building a uniform that consists of clothing that not only makes me feel good when I wear it, but also makes getting dressed in the morning easier. Current favorites: Paige denim for life, and Apiece Apart and Esby Apparel tops and sweaters. Next up: adding some dresses and jumpsuits for spring.
using this beauty product
Saie mascara. You all know that Beautycounter is my jam – I mean, I’m a consultant! – but full disclosure, I don’t love their mascara. I picked up Saie’s recently, and whoa, it’s fantastic. No harmful chemicals (or clumps!), doesn’t run, and washes off easily!

That article by Lindsay Crouse is awesome. Thanks for sharing! “As I trained, I realized I had become complacent in the rest of my life. Wasn’t it all enough? But running shook me out of it.” This is exactly what I’ve been trying to work on this year.
