week 12: luma + running with Coeur

The little wiggly turned five months! So we took her to northeast Minneapolis to celebrate. She met a few of my Coeur Sports teammates, sat nicely for her monthly pic and explored the stone arch bridge. She even met a dinosaur (she wasn’t a big fan). Her favorite things to do: hoard sweaty running socks in her cozy cave, beg from the frozen treat machine (i.e. the fridge door ice maker), go for all the walks, and not nap ever (she’s still learning the art of the vizsla nap).

Coeur group run! Teammate Kendra organized a fantastic group run. Forty+ amazing women from all over MPLSTP showed up. What a turnout! After a 4.5-mile jaunt around Lake Harriet, we all met back at Whole Sum Kitchen for smoothies, laughter, coffee + chitchat. More group runs to come, ladies! Like our facebook page for details.

After our run, Minnesota Coeur ambassadors did a quick (and freezing) photoshoot in NE MPLS. We’re all pretty excited about our sharp kits and the upcoming race season! Kudos to my main man for the pics!
