This little gem arrived in the mail yesterday from LifelineUSA. All 12kg of it. Fifty swings at 9:30p, and I’m actually a little sore today! This certainly won’t be the only kettle bell in the collection…

Another gem this week… I made a trip home to Hallock and surprised my parents (I was working in Fargo, and my meetings were done early on Wednesday). My mom teared up when I pulled in the driveway, and my dad nearly fell off his bike as he pedaled down the street to our house after work. The rest of the day consisted of a visit with my wise grandparents, stocking my fridge with three dozen farm-fresh eggs, washing my car, and taking my wild weim, Zoey, for a walk. So lovely to be home-home for an evening!
