I’ve mentioned it in passing before, but in case you don’t know, I am the public relations manager at Anytime Fitness corporate. Although I don’t often mesh my work and personal lives, I feel lucky to work where I do – an incredible company that’s helping change the self-esteem of the world one member at a time (check out a bit about our culture here).

Last week I sat down to chat all things triathlon and training with colleagues Brad Taylor and Amanda Ingle for the Anytime Fitness podcast. Have a listen!

You are seriously an inspiration! Listening to this and reading your blog have motivated me to strive for more (ultimate goal = IM). That is really cool that you are in PR for Anytime Fitness. My husband is a PR director and partner at an advertising and marketing firm here in Bend. Such a great job!

Thank you, Kristen! That’s awesome… dream big! Love it! Indeed, it’s a fun gig… and, as much as I love Minnesota, I’d be a-ok with Portland 🙂

I was just able to listen to you podcast. Even though I have been following your blog for a while, It was very enjoyable to hear your story and not just read it! I also found your post on Osmo very interesting. It is a new product to me and since I just started my training for my first IM, I am looking to really dial in my nutrition! Thanks for the information!
