how do you live?

A little Monday morning inspiration…

If you’re not living a life on the edge, you’re taking up too much space. -Jim Whittaker

Watch this video over and over again, and ask yourself: How do I live?

Me: I love being on the edge, pushing the boundaries, challenging my comfort zone – and I need to do it more.

Thank you to Gab from Make it Gold for posting this video!

Hi, Erin! Just wanted to say hello – I found your blog and have loved reading about all of your triathlon adventures! I’m doing my first this year and have loved getting into the sport and all of your posts are so inspiring – thank you! I especially loved this post – it reminds me of something I think about when I’m pushing myself on the swim or bike (scary sports for a runner 😉 ) – “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”
