Whatever you’re doing…

…just…

…stop.

Turn off the tv, the radio, your laptop.

Close your eyes.

For five minutes, focus.

Sit in silence.

And…

…just…

…breathe.

    awesome post…and a much needed reminder. this needs to be printed and hung on my office wall. when i am intentional in doing this before i get out of bed and immediately start the mental to-do list, i find myself so much more focused and centered throughout the day. there’s nothing more calming than the sound of your own breath….love it!

      Thank you, dear! I often find myself holding my breath, so I need to remind myself every.single.day to do this – to listen to my breath. Good idea to hang it up!
